My wife and I just bought a house and will be moving into it the first week of May. We want someone to take over the lease andor renew the lease. We have a fabulous 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, about 1100 sq ft. with a balcony located at 15 Harborpoint Blvd 404, Boston MA. Lots of closet space two of them are walking, solid oak cabinets that look very nice, nice light colorfulcarpeting with absolutely no stains, neutral wall colors, a partial view of the ocean, 1.5 minutes walk to the ocean and about 5 minutes walk to UMass Boston. There are 2 tennis courts, two swimming pools, a workout facility...it is incredible. The property is wooded, very safe, and with lots of free parking. It takes me 20 minutes on the T it is a 57 minute walk to the Redline UMassJFK Stop to get into Government Center and about 15 minutes to drive in. The monthly rent is 1614, but we will give you 400 just to move in and carry the lease.
